Summary: Over all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The down side is the hotel is far away from Madrid and the price does not reflect this. Very nice food in the restaurant.

Summary: It is in great shape and the breakfast was good with lots of options. The location is very close to a shopping center with everything you would need. There is no air conditioning so I do wish I had brought a fan. The customer service was excellent.

Summary: Hotelis ok stayed before. We booked the hotel because it stated that food was available only to find on arrival there were no facilities. This was a major let down as we had travelled all day to be let down with the one thing that was required.
